[Event] Monotréal’s Week End

Monday, August 2nd, 2010

Hey,

Next week end, on August 13th, 14th and 15th, Monotréal will be holding its second edition of “Monotréal’s Week End”. This event includes flatland battles, a Street competition (with the new rules, group sessions), a speed trials competition, a high jump and long jump competition (we will probably be testing a new and original way of judging both of these) and a Muni competition.

The goal of this week end is to promote unicycling in general, to discover the city from another point of view, to spot new and upcoming talents and mostly to have a great time !

Everyone is welcomed, if you want more informations, you can go check out the full schedule over www.monotreal.ca or send me a comment.

[Event] NAUCC 2010 : News #1

Friday, July 16th, 2010

Hey,

As some of you might know, I am currently in San Francisco for the 2010 edition of the NAUCC.

The over all level of riding here is so high that I would say it is even better than at Unicon XV. Max Schulze broke the official high jump record in competition with a hop of 130 cm and Joe Hodges broke the unofficial high jump record with a hop of 140 cm, over a bar ! Max also won the trials, the long jump and the street, while I got second in long jump and third in street.

This is it for now, I will probably not write again untill I get back home. Pictures and videos to come…

Trials Unicycling Demo in Vancouver at Velopalooza Final Party

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

Hello everyone, this year my first Demo of the season that I am doing is a part of a week long cycling festival here in beautiful Vancouver British Columbia. The name of this festival is Velopalooza ( I think you likely guessed that).

Not only will I be doing 2 demo’s showing what trials unicycling is all about ,but also during the rest of the day I along with some members of the local unicycling club will be teaching people how to ride a uni. With any luck we will be able to get a lot of bikers addicted to unicycling.

The Demo and teaching will be happening during the final wrap up event of velopalooza which takes place at strathcona park in Vancouver B.C . It starts at 11:00 am and will finish at around 6pm. It would be great have a ton of unicyclists come out for this event, not only to show support for the sport and what you  can do but to also teach people how to ride!

For more information check out the website at the bottom of the banner, or their facebook page at:

Let me know if your coming by commenting below.

Cheers

Bry

P.S you should come… its going to be a ton of fun!
